Halloween Projects with Mosaic Madness

Hello Everyone! Welcome to SSINKspirations! Shellie Grindy here. I hope you see something in this post that inspires you to create something for a holiday using a stamp set that isn't necessarily designed for a specific holiday.

I love the Mosaic Madness stamp set. It is one of the most versatile sets in the entire catalog if you ask me. Today I have chosen to showcase it with a Halloween card and candle. I like Halloween and I usually set up a small vignette on my buffet in the dining room. I'm not as much into skulls and the like though. I prefer more elegant Halloween décor and was excited when I saw the candle on the clearance rack :) I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it!
Here's the card:

The simple stamp from the Tags 4 You set gave me the idea to make this card into a gift card holder. Once you open the card there is another little flap on the inside. Lift that open and you can remove the gift card from the pocket. When I was a kid and went to a door and said "Trick or Treat!" I definitely wanted the treat!

I love the candle! I couldn't believe my luck when I found this on the clearance shelf at the store. It coordinates amazingly well with Mosaic Madness and I was so happy to decorate with lots of sparkly glitter and some stamped MM accents. Even though it's peach scented the colors are very Halloweeny :)

Happy Stamping! And be sure to come back tomorrow for the blog hop. It's gonna be good :)
