Teacher Appreciation Day!!

Hello Happy Stampers!!

Webster defines appreciation like this:

appreciation

noun ap·pre·ci·a·tion \ə-ˌprē-shē-ˈā-shən, -ˌpri- also -ˌprē-sē-\

: a feeling of being grateful for something

: an ability to understand the worth, quality, or importance of something : an ability to appreciate something

: full awareness or understanding of something

um YES!!

As the mom of some school agers....I can say that appreciation looks/sounds more like this:
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I am FULLY aware of the intense amount of work and love and EVERYTHING my kids' teachers put into their day.  I could NEVER fully say or do anything that could convey my thanks to them for that.  

A teacher is someone who instructs...who teaches.  But they are also people who love, and listen, and care, and grow our young/old people on a daily basis.  Teachers make the world a better place and I am in AWE daily of what they do.  Bless You Teachers!

Don't forget those special teachers who work with adults, learning a new language...those volunteer Sunday school teachers and staff...and anyone in between.  Know any?  Send them some appreciation...believe me, a card or note of thanks goes a LONG way!

Old and New ... What will you do?!

Happy Tuesday!  It's almost time for the annual retired stamp list to come out.  It can be a sad time or a very happy time...knowing that the new catalog will soon be coming out!

Our Design Team is always excited about NEW stamp sets.  But we all have our favorites that we will never let go!  Today we are combining a retired stamp set and a new stamp set to show that there is still a lot of life in those old stamp sets!
