Project Life by Stampin' Up!
Kim here! Did you hear the news?! Stampin' Up! is now selling Project Life goodies! That's right, Stampin' Up! teamed up with Becky Higgins...finally!!
Starting May 1st, you will be able to order 8 Project Life Products:
As a Demonstrator I had the chance to order these 8 items early! So here is my first layout...
I have been using Project Life for 5 years to document my Picture of the Day Project. You don't have to use it to take a picture each day. Project Life is mainly about documenting the the everyday. Cultivating a great life and recording it. And it's SO EASY!!
I am in love with the Project Life Day to Day Photopolymer Stamp Set. You see it used for the date and the "SUNDAY" in the above picture!
Did you know that you get 100 cards in our Project Life Card Collections?! And every single card is DIFFERENT! No duplicates!!!
The Accessory Pack for the Everyday Adventure Kit comes with a FUN roll of washi tape and some cute stickers that you can see a few of above.
Check out the Word Bubble, Stars, Camera and Arrow!! Those images all come from the Project Life Point & Click Photopolymer Stamp Set. It's a "Must Have" too!
I hope you all have enjoyed seeing my very first Stampin' Up! Project Life layout! See you back here tomorrow for some more INKspiration!

May Day Basket
Hello everyone! It's Melissa from Crazy Paper Freak here to share with you my May Day flower basket. Can you believe May is just around the corner? To celebrate the 1st day of May, I decided to make a little basket. When I think of flower baskets, I think of basket weave.
The Box
Dimensions:
3 1/2" x 2 3/8" x 2 3/8"
Basket Weave:
*Be sure to glue each piece down, so that when it is cut it doesn't fall apart.
*Add floral block to the inside of the box before you attach the handle!
The Back
This little basket was so much fun to create, I hope I've inspired you to create your own little May Day basket. Happy Stamping!

CASEing Our Favorite Projects
Today at Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration we are talking about CASEing. In the world of papercrafting, sometimes we loose our creative mojo? It happens to the best of us!! When that moment strikes, why not CASE a project.
What does CASE mean: Copy And Share Everything. CASEing is an easy way to come up with a project quickly, and there's more than one way to case. You can copy a project exactly, or you can switch out some of the elements to adapt it for different needs.
Each of our Design Team Members chose an item from the Idea Book & Catalog to CASE. Can you guess what items we CASEd? Take a moment to visit each of our blogs to see what INKspired us!

Creating Your Own Design
Darla here
today showing you how I designed my own background paper. Before I
started I had in mind I wanted to make some 3 x 3 cards and a candy
holder. I love making my own background paper especially using a 2 step
stamp set like Stippled Blossoms. I chose some of my favorite colors to
use.
Started by stamping Wisteria Wonder ink randomly over the half sheet of cardstock with the largest shadow stamp. |
Next took the matching outline stamp in Perfect Plum ink over the first stamped images. |
I did this with the leaves images using Pear Pizzazz and Wild Wasabi. Also the little flowers stamped w So Saffron and Crushed Curry until I got the paper stamped the way I wanted it. |
Here are my finished 4 cards w stamped envelopes and my candy holder. I decided I wanted to use the Gifts of Kindness stamp set for the words on my projects. |
This view shows what the candy holder looks like on the inside. |
This is the 2 x 5 1/2 being punched on both ends w the Angled Tag Top Punch. Hoped you learn how easy it is to design YOUR own background paper too! |
