Hello there! Erica here from Stamping Starlette,
I'm really excited to share this mini album with you today. First off, I
want to point out that this is not an original idea. I found it while
browsing Pinterest. You can see the pin here.
I took the bones of the album and used my favorite Stampin' Up supplies
to make my very own. I made these with a group of ladies a couple of
weeks ago and it was simple and really fun to make. It's constructed out
of about 2 1/2 sheets of 12 x 12 paper and that's it!
Cover: 6 x 12" card stock scored at 3" and 2 1/2"
(2) 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" squares
Inside: (3) 5 3/4" x 12" all scored at 3" and 9"
Emboss
the 5 1/2" squares and decorate each flap. One will be the front cover
and the other will be a sort of cover page as well.
To form the inside glue the 3" flaps to each other so your final result looks like the image below.
Then,
glue the center square to the inside of your cover. It should line up
with the score lines and be 1/8" from the top and bottom. I used Sticky
Strip but the Tombow Multi Purpose glue will work as well.
Simple!
And now it's ready for some pictures and extra embellishments. I hope
this InkSpires you to try a mini album of your own in the near future. Supplies:
