Share What You Love

Welcome! I'm so excited to share with you today; partially because this is my first ever Design Team post, and also because I love sharing & inspiring.

Today I'm going to share some ideas with you on using Stampin' Up! to market yourself and your business. I've handed out more than my fair share of cello bags with toppers over the years. Don't get me wrong, I think those are great when you want to include chocolate or a little stamp, but sometimes you need a little something smaller, and perhaps more intriguing.

I first made these little post it holders last spring for a Start Your Own Business class I was in. I wanted to make sure everyone in the class had my contact info so I used these to pass out my business card during my presentation. I also personalized each one with their first initial monogram.

These have almost all retired products, so I wanted to update it for you, while providing some other ideas.

As you can see, my new one has a business card, class flyer, and a free class pass. I feel it is easier to hand someone all three of these things in a compact and contained way (which will most likely fit in their wallet), versus loose, which could get lost in their bag.

This idea doesn't have to pertain just to a Stampin' Up! business. As you can see I also designed one for my other direct sales business. We have foil packs of our amazing shave cream that we can hand out. I always struggle with how to get it out there with my info on it. I finally have the perfect way to grab their attention & get all of my contact information in their hands.

Stampin' Up! stopped carrying the corner pocket punches many years ago, but I still use mine all the time. I was trying to figure out how to make a pocket with current product and found the the small ticket on the Ticket Duo Builder punch works perfectly.

I truly hope that I've inspired you to think of creative new ways to market your business, whatever business it may be.
