Mystery Items Design Team Challenge

Good Morning Happy Stampers!!

Welcome to our Design Team monthly mystery challenge.

This is quickly becoming my favorite monthly activity!

Each of us gets a surprise package in the mail with at least 3 items to use in a card (sent from a randomly drawn design team member) and we have to create a card/project using those items.

This is the second month we have done this and it is so much fun!!

Not only do we have to stretch our creative brains (why do I always end up with items I am terrified to buy and work with!!), but it's super fun to see how everyone uses the items we send.   Since this is a random challenge, it's even more special to note that there is SO much variety in the items being sent!!

It is once again time for the last Friday of the month blog post which means it is time for the team to share their Favorites. I think from time to time we all get in a stamping routine and our favorite doesn't change for a while but with our Friday Favorites you have the chance to see stamp sets, colors or framelits used that you might not have or haven't used in a while which just might spark a new Favorite for you. One of the great things about Paper Pumpkin is that when you are done with the projects, you will have the stamp sets to use FOREVER!  There are always bits and pieces of kits left over and you can see how a few of our Design Team Members used those pieces to create other cards!

I know you all LOVE a good stamp set.  One that has so many stamps you can use it for any occasion!

Single stamps?  what do I do with those?!

There are many ways to use a single stamp.  

It can be the focal point of your card! (think of those HUGE background images)

It can be the single element to a card (as in a large flower with a coordinating punch!)

And it can also be used as the central base for a super great background to your all time favorite sentiment.
